Shortstop Alex Cora cracked a homer and had 3 RBI as the Boston Red Sox
defeated the Baltimore Orioles 6 to 2 at Fenway Park.

Boston jumped on top to stay in the 3rd inning plating an isolated run on 2
hits. After an out was recorded, Kevin Youkilis doubled. One out later,
Manny Ramirez came to the plate and doubled scoring the run. Overall Boston
out-hit Baltimore 14 to 8.

Jeremy Guthrie(8-7) was hit with the loss. He was knocked around by Boston,
