Curt Schilling goes the distance in a 7-2 win over the Orioles. Schilling allowed just 5 hits and 2 runs. The Sox got hits up and down the lineup with the big hitters doing the most damage - Big Papi had 4 hits (2 singles and 2 doubles) while Manny had 3 hits. Julio Lugo went 2 for 5 from the top of the order, scoring 3 runs including one on a solo homer.

Curt Schilling pitched a complete game and David Ortiz had 4 hits and 2 RBI at
Fenway Park where the Boston Red Sox beat the Baltimore Orioles 7 to 2.
 
The game started off with Boston taking the lead in the first when they scored
2 runs on 2 hits.  Boston managed 14 hits in their victory.  
 
Schilling(4-2) lasted until the end allowing 2 runs for the win. Steve
Trachsel(2-5) took the loss.  He got hit hard, allowing 12 hits and 2 walks
in 6 innings.
